This page originally started out as my reaction to all of those "Here's my boyfriend / girlfriend" pages. At the time I truly didn't believe that there was any such thing as love, but I secretly hoped I was wrong. This was my little burial plot for my heart. "When the student is ready the teacher Someone wrote me an email a while ago in which they said they thought that there might be a happy ending to my story as told in my rants, I am beginning to believe that they were right. I am now involved in a really wonderful "Internet" relationship. "Sitting quietly, doing nothing, spring comes, and the grass grows by itself." After almost 3 years of solitude, Laura came into my life. I was not looking for a relationship. She saw my web page and wrote to me, I wrote back. After just a few emails we both felt that there was something special here. She lives in North Carolina but is an ex-New Yorker. We have to fly on the weekends to see each other. Thank goodness for cheap airfare! "Life is what happens to you, when you're making other plans." Why do I tell you? Why should you care? Well, perhaps like me, you may think that you are not worthy of love or will never have someone special in your life, I now truly believe that there is someone special out there for everyone.
